Our lead trainer and author is Walter P. Saraniecki, MS, LDN, LEHP, REHS/RS.
Walter's licenses and professional credentials:
Illinois Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner (LEHP),
Illinois Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist (LDN), and
NEHA credentialed Registered Environmental Health Specialist/ Registered Sanitarian (REHS/RS).

Walter is also the Chairman of the Illinois Board of Environmental Health Practitioners at the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation in Springfield, IL. He also serves as a member of the Environmental Health Advisory Committee of Illinois State University, Bloomington-Normal, IL and as a member of the Food Advisory Work-group, Food Protection Division, Chicago Department of Public Health.
Walter holds an MS in Human Nutrition with a minor in Public Health Education from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and holds a BS in Food and Nutrition Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He also holds a diploma in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from Doolin Technical College, Dallas, Texas.
Walter is the author of the REHS Examination Review Course Workbook. He also is the instructor for the REHS/RS Examination Review Class.
In addition to his Public Health efforts, Walter is the President of Saranecki Bros Catering, Inc, a 76 year old family business that includes six Banquet facilities, Off-Premise Catering, and commercial property leasing.
